My niece took the decision of permanently moving to Mumbai for her start up venture after years of travelling between cities. She had been looking for a property and that is when her friend recommended Royal Oasis.
She asked me to do some preliminary research. I checked Royal Oasis unit configurations, I told her there were only 1 BHK homes available which were priced between Rs. 1.70 crore and Rs. 2.11 Crore.
