What Are The Reviews Of Ruby Dakshin, Paduvanchery, Chennai?

I visited the Ruby Dakshin project a few months back. I got to know that the project is RERA-registered, and the RERA ID is TN/01/Building/0487/2020. The sales team told me that the price of apartments ranges from Rs. 46.55 Lakhs - Rs. 51.61 Lakhs. This project provides 2, and 3 BHK apartments. The flats here have generously sized rooms with good ventilation, allowing light and fresh air into your rooms. Although I believe prices are a bit high, I will suggest you visit the site once yourself before coming to a decision.

I visited this project a few months back. In this Ruby Dakshin review, I’d like to say that this project provides good amenities which range from clean and well-maintained swimming pools for adults and kids. The society comes with a fully equipped gym, jogging track, and basketball court. It has a grand clubhouse and community hall.  Along with a well-maintained sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting system. This society is also secured in terms of fire safety, security, and CCTV surveillance. 

I've booked a 3 BHK apartment in the Ruby Dakshin project. The experience with Ruby has been fantastic so far. I got excellent support from the support team from the time of inquiry until registration. They clearly answered all of our questions while remaining exceedingly calm, kind, and helpful. In contrast to some builders who pressure clients to book right away following the site tour, they offered us more time to consider our options, which we very much enjoyed.

Through the registration and post-registration processes, they were extremely helpful. The renovations we sought for our home were approved and carried out. Hoping to get quick possession of my flat.
