What are the reviews of Runwal 25 HR Life, Thane West, Thane?

I am glad that I chose to buy a three-bedroom flat in 25 Hour Life Runwal. I recently visited the construction site, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. I was stunned when I learned about the construction quality, the Runwal 25 Hour Life project size, and the amenities they plan to deploy. The project covers about 22 acres. I was given December 2029 as Runwal 25 Hours Life possession date. I think the location will be quite beneficial, and you can also make a fantastic profit. 

Last month, my brother paid a visit to the Runwal 25 Hour Life project. I asked what he thought of it. The one and only positive aspect of this residence, according to him, is its location. He said the sales team quoted an amount that is significantly higher than the going rate. Furthermore, the carpet they claim to be a 962 RERA Runwal 25 Hour Life unit size for a 3BHK flat doesn't appear like that. It is not big at all. My brother decided to see a few more Thane West projects, such as Ashwin Sheth Zuri or Mahavir Spring. He read their reviews, which were mostly positive.

For the past few years I had been looking for a property in and around Naupada in Thane. While researching for the same, I came across a few Runwal 25 HR Life reviews which compelled me to visit the property site and take a look at the promised amenities myself. The first thing that impressed me is that the security facility of the property is quite strong. They have the feature of video door security which I feel is a must in every society these days. Also, when I enquired about the government charges that are applicable to buying a flat here in Runwal 25 HR Life, the sales staff informed me that we are required to pay at least 5% stamp duty and 1% of the transaction value as registry charges, which I feel is quite reasonable.

The location is also very safe and has good connectivity. I have visited the property quite a lot of times and I have not come across a lot of traffic.

So, I think Runwal 25 HR Life is a win.

Runwal 25 HR Life is just too pricey. I inquired about the property after my cousin suggested this property to me. I was really shocked by the price. They offer 2 and 3 BHK configurations between the range of ₹1.1 to 1.85 crores that too for an area range of  to 920 sq. ft. I mean why would someone pay this much for such tiny houses?

No doubt, they have all the required amenities for a house, but the high price is a big turning point for me. I don't think this investment would yield returns to me in future. However, this is my Runwal 25 HR Life review based on my point of view.

Runwal 25 HR Life is a new launch. I am planning to book a 3 BHK apartment here. The builder told me that the completion date is expected to be in the month of December 2029. The biggest deciding factor for me for Runwal 25 HR Life has been its location. My wife works in the University of Mumbai sub-campus and this property is just 4 mins away from the university. Also, my ageing parents live with me, so the Currae Multi speciality hospital is a boon for me.

The price may be a problem for a few, but it is just slightly over my budget. So, keeping the locational advantages in mind, I will buy a flat here for sure.
