I own a flat in Runwal Codename Enchanted. Starting with the transfer of possession and continuing through the treatment of problems after the possession of apartments here, Runwal has been taking us, owners, for a tightrope ride. I was asked to pay additional late fees totalling more than 1.5 lakhs, which I declined to pay because the true reason for the delay in processing the loan was covid.

Since moving in more the walls had to be repaired at least twice due to water seepage, which plainly demonstrates that there was no waterproofing done between the floors. Although a 24-hour water connection was guaranteed, there are many instances during the day when there is no water.

I would never ask my friends and family to invest here.

We as residents are always in despair because the elevators are not in service. The majority of apartments have significant leaks, which causes mayhem during the rainy season. And most of the time, power backup is ineffective. And the worst part is their terrible facility management that doesn't even take client complaints seriously.

My cousin invested in this project to book a 2 BHK here and shared a negative Runwal Codename Enchanted review with us. He paid the token amount and was assured that the project will get delivered by 2025 or by 2026 maximum but now they have delayed it by two more years. It won’t get completed before 2028. They have been very polite with him and assured him that the booking amount will be refunded after cancellation. • All the apartments are well–designed, spacious and meticulously built to cater to all the requirements of the dwellers
• You can enjoy 270-degree panoramic views from the windows of these apartments
• The project is spread across 25 acres and has a total number of 1334 units
• You can enjoy excellent light and ventilation in every apartment
