I have visited the Rupal Apartment and I am glad to tell you that the place is located near school, restaurant, medicine shops, hospitals, and all types of necessities which are required to lead a life. The apartments are also spacious and the pricing is decent. But the project has not obtained the Occupancy Certificate and Commencement Certificate. When I asked the builder he said that the project will get both the certificates pretty soon. This was the Rupal apartment review.

We are looking for some properties in Ghatkopar East. And our relationship manager suggested we check out the Rupal Apartment. The place is well connected with the western and eastern expressway, MG Road. Ghatkopar East also has a good transportation service since the Railway station and Metro Station is located in this region. If you want to stay near Airport, you should think of visiting the Rupal Apartment since the project is only 10 kms away from the Mumbai International Airport. I work in Chembur, therefore my relationship manager suggested this place. I am yet to visit the site. I will give an update once I visit the site. This was my Rupal apartment review.
