What are the reviews of Ruparel Optima Kandivali West, Mumbai ?

To safeguard prospective buyers, I am writing one of the most crucial Ruparel Optima complaints. I hope buyers will be more careful before investing their hard-earned money in this project. This project began in 2017, and my partner booked an apartment during the month of February 2022. We were promised to get possession by June 2022.   However, that was a false promise on their part as they have constantly postponed the Ruparel Optima possession date. After the registration was complete, the possession date was postponed again to September 2022, then again to December 2022. Till now we are clueless about the possession date. Also, the CRM staff, the sales team on site, and the sales manager on site are rude, unprofessional, and will talk incoherently. I now realise that they lack any construction-related experience.

Visited this project last year. One can easily reach out at Office no, 5, Old Link Rd, Kandivali, Mahatma Gandhi Nagar, Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400067, which is the Ruparel Optima site address. This project is RERA-registered and the Ruparel optima RERA number is P51800013701. The only concern with this Ruparel Optima Kandivali West location is that in Kandivali (West), the Poisar River overflows during the rainy season, causing havoc. I don’t know how will that work out for us.

The sales representative stated that the project began in 2017 between June and July. The timeline of this project was extended by requesting a COVID extension from RERA. The timeline was extended as it took longer time to excavate for the construction of a 40 storied building. Also, there were COVID, and lockdown scenarios because of which the timeline got extended. The model apartment that was shown to me had a 350 square foot (1 BHK) Ruparel Optima carpet area. They finished building 21 storeys, and December 2022 was the target date for providing possession. However, based on the Ruparel Optima construction status, and the pace of the work, I estimate it might not be completed until March or April 2023.
