What are the reviews of Rustomjee Bella, Bhandup West, Mumbai?

I visited this project and liked the Rustomjee Bella location. It is just 15 mins from the well-known Fortis Hospital. You can also reach Bhandup or Nahur railway stations in 10 minutes. Overall, I liked the project, but my friend, Ramesh informed me that the project is going through ongoing litigation, and Banks are denying loans because of this litigation issue. Kindly provide me with some information about the same. Thanks in advance!

My sister was planning to buy an apartment here. A few months back, when I visited this project, I enquired about the Rustomjee Bella construction status, the sales team informed me that this is still under construction and the expected Rustomjee Bella completion date is by December 2024. 

Let me also share the Rustomjee Bella price chart provided to me;

I have been looking for a 2 BHK apartment in Bhandup West for a few months. One of my friends suggested that I visit Rustomjee Bella. As a result, I visited this project and discovered that it is an under-construction project and the Rustomjee Bella possession date is expected by December 2024.

• Round-the-clock security, a manned gatehouse, and fire safety features that meet or exceed industry requirements

• An integrated rainwater collection system and sewage treatment plant 

It is expected to be one of the most elegant projects in this area, so you can plan to invest here. 

• Indoor jogging track, pilates studio

• Rooftop bar and party lounge

• Herb and spice garden

Apart from the myriad of amenities, you should also know that the starting price of 1 BHK apartment in this project is Rs. 89 Lakhs, and the starting price of 3 BHK apartment is 1. 38 Cr + taxes.

Rustomjee Bella

is a new under-construction project in the Bhandup locality of Mumbai. My sister was looking for a 2 BHK in Bhandup for a long time, so I checked out this project precisely. I noted a few details for her which I can share with you too-

• The apartment configuration of Rustomjee Bella is as follows;

• The project’s wing A and B are registered on the MAHA RERA website.

• All the apartments are planned following the Vastu norms

I will suggest that you wait for more Rustomjee Bella reviews before investing here 

As of now, this project has been able to attract a lot of attention, mainly because of the amenities offered and its location. It is expected to be completed by December 2024. I would personally suggest you visit this project and then decide. But yes, it is true that the apartments will have a good resale value because of the project’s location. 

Bhandup West is a very prime residential locality and well connected with the other parts of the city.

• It is just 3 km from Nahur Railway Station and Bhandup Police Station 

• Hospitals such as Chandan Charitable Hospital, and Sanjivani are within a 3-4 km radius

• The Eastern Expressway is only 3.2 km away

I really liked the project’s location. I have invested in this project and am waiting for a hassle-free possession.

I have booked a flat in Rustomjee Bella. Thinking about the state-of-the-art amenities, the flat layout being offered and the good price point. It seems to be a good investment. The property is located in Bhandup. Let me talk about the facilities in my Rustomjee Bella review. You will get a beautiful park for the children. I'm sure my kids will love the playroom, clubhouse, jogging track & other sporting courts. 

Rustomjee Bella is a project being constructed by the Rustomjee Group. The total area of the residential project will be 2 acres. The apartment will have 22 Storeys. Currently, the status of the project is under construction, the possession date given by the builder is Dec 2024. You can choose between 1, 2 & 3 BHK depending on your needs and budget. Upon inquiry, I found out that the starting price of a unit there is ₹ 80 Lacs all inclusive. End of my Rustomjee Bella review.

Good layout, location and unit price. Given the price of properties in Mumbai, I am satisfied with the asking price of Rustomjee Bella. The property will look luxurious and premium when the construction is over. The builder has paid attention to all the details, from security at the main gate to security at the lobby, parking for each unit etc. I have booked 2 BHK there.
