What are the Reviews of Rustomjee Crown, Prabhadevi, Mumbai?

Due to this project's incredible layout and location, I visited and reserved a 3 BHK flat. This project is close to several ATMs, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, restaurants, fitness centers, and parks. For your reference, I have included the 3, 4, and 5 BHK configurations in my  Rustomjee Crown reviews. 

The Rustomjee Crown possession date was December 2023, but construction is currently underway on this residential development. There are 720 units total in this project, which is situated on 5.75 acres. I will rate this project 5 out of 5. What’s your thought?

This project is something my father intends to visit. Thus, I inquired about the accurate Rustomjee Crown address from one of my coworkers who lives nearby. He stated that Gokhale Rd S, Prabhadevi, Mumbai is the address of this project. I asked him to share his Rustomjee Crown reviews since he had reserved a 3BHK flat there. 

Rustomjee Crown, he claimed, is the premier project in South Bombay because it was built with enthusiasm and to the highest standards for community living, green spaces, views, and grand lobby areas. This project has plenty of parking, private screening, a lagoon pool, a prime location with stunning views of eastern Mumbai and the sea, and opulent amenities. He said that the Rustomjee Crown completion date was in December 2023, but the work on the constitution is still in progress. After listening to his reviews, I and my father are excited to visit the site.

I will rate this project a 3 out of 5 in my Rustomjee Crown reviews. I visited the project's marketing office two months ago, and I'm sorry to tell you that there was not any effort to get in touch further or even to receive feedback. I subsequently followed up as I was planning on buying 4 BHK here, and the Rustomjee Crown 4 BHK price was quite reasonable. However, due to some of the staff members being rude and no appropriate response, I left this project. Overall, I would say it was the worst experience.

After checking out other nearby projects last month, such as Sumer Trinity Vertical and Rohan Lifescapes Aquino, I booked 4 BHK at Sumer Trinity Vertical because their staff members were extremely helpful. However, 4 BHK was not available in the later project.
