My uncle had looked at Saideep Hulas. He however wanted to be sure if the property was fine from a legal lens. The sales team said that the project was RERA approved and Saideep Hulas RERA Number is PRM/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/171027/000774.
He looked at the amenities. He was happy the project had a park so that he would have an open space to walk. There was a separate jogging track as well. The project has round-the-clock security and an ATM which is in the premises.
On confirming Saideep Hulas possession he was told that the flats were ready to move in. He was happy with how the project looked and decided to invest here.

I am a Bangalore resident. I decided to buy a property on the outskirts of Bangalore. A friend told me about Saideep Hulas. I wanted to get to know the Saideep Hulas project configurations. A conversion with the sales team cleared my understanding.
2BHK and 3BHK options were the only ones available. The 2 BHK super built-up area was 1240 to 1260 sq ft. The 3 BHK Super Built-up area was between 1660 to 1710 sq ft.
The sales team however was not sure about the prices. So I decided to take some more time to decide if Saideep Hulas was the right project to invest in.

I wanted to invest in a flat near Bangalore. My cousin who works with a real estate company suggested I check out Saideep Hulas reviews. This society has condos with decent reviews. Saideep Hulas location is at Old Madras Rd, near Budigere Cross, Virgonagar.
Although, it is not in the city centre. The connectivity is robust with Cheemasandra Gate and Budigere Cross towards Majestic at 0.4 and 1 km respectively. For daily needs, Naveen Reddy Provisional Store and Heritage Food Limited are 3.5 km away. For recreational and shopping experience, there is Orion Uptown Mall and Uptown Square mall within 5 kms.
Given the price and positioning of the project, I found this a good deal. I have already booked a flat here.
