My father and I visited Sattva Aeropolis in Devanahalli. This is an upcoming project, which provides 1, 2 and 3 BHK options. We were interested in buying a 2 BHK property here. My initial Sattva Aeropolis reviews are quite positive. Spread across 10 acres, I felt that the project is highly spacious and offers luxurious amenities, such as a badminton court, sauna, swimming pool, spa, gym and so many more. My parents liked the property, but we’re still looking at more options before taking a call. Anybody here has anything to add?

This is one of those projects, which are ideal for people on a budget, like me. The starting price is roughly 42 lacs in a good location. The Sattva Aeropolis launch date was May 2022. The work is going on at full speed, and we have been in talks to make our booking for the 1 BHK flat. It offers a carpet area of 387 and 419 sq. ft. for the 1 BHK. The 2 BHK and 3 BHK have a carpet area of 602 sq. ft. and 675 sq. ft. respectively. The Sattva Aeropolis possession date is estimated to be July 2026, which is the right time for us. If you’re looking for a good home under budget, I would recommend you give this a try.
