What are the Reviews of Sattva Magnificia Mahadevpura Bangalore?

My friend’s office was relocating to Mahadevpura. He went looking for properties there. When he heard about Sattva Magnificia, he went and checked out the project. He learned that Sattva Magnificia RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/170824/000174

The flats are fully Vastu compliant. He was also shown the project amenities.

• Rainwater Harvesting and STP measures have been implemented.

• A park and common garden have been built for the resident’s use.

• Sattva Magnificia has a basketball court and a separate children’s play area.

• The project has a party area and community hall built for the residents.

• Sattva Magnificia has made its jogging track.

Sattva Magnificia possession date was February 2023. The flats being ready to move made my friend's job easier to shift homes. He was satisfied with the amenities and decided to book a flat here.

On the lookout for properties, I discovered a Sattva Magnificia review. After looking at it, I felt that a project tour would be worth it.

Sattva Magnificia location is near Gopalan Grand Mall, Dooravani Nagar, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru. On reaching the project I was made aware of the important connectivity hotspots around it.

There are various transport systems which give great connectivity here. Metro access is another huge advantage as it helps facilitate quicker travel.

My Cousin recently visited the Sattva Magnificia project. 

He came to know that, The total project area is 6.6 acres. It consists of 3 buildings with 244 units. The configurations are as follows,

The price range for the configurations is between Rs. 5.88 Crore to Rs. 6.15 Crore. After learning the price range, 

He checked the project interiors which were as follows:

• Vitrified flooring on the upper floor and corridors.

• Anti Skid Ceramic tiles in toilets.

• Teak Wood Door frames for main and other doors.

• The exterior is textured. Internal Walls and Cells with plastic emulsion.
