I had huge expectations from this project since in its initial stage it looked good, but now, after visiting it in January 2023, I am quite sceptical. Here are a few things which I find worrisome-
Visible cracks have started developing on the walls of the apartments
Security is questionable
Maintenance charge is just too high based on the amenities they provide
A lot of noise pollution is there in this area
Lack of green spaces as promised
The only positive aspect is the
