I would advise everyone to stay cautious of the overly positive 5-star reviews for this project. From my experience, the project management has been quite poor, and at this rate, it seems unlikely that it will be completed on time. The current payment schedule is also concerning, as they expect buyers to pay over 65% of the cost at the time of booking and registration, well before the project's expected completion date (Oct 2027, RERA date is Oct 2028). It feels like the legacy of Shapoorji Pallonji's good name is at risk under the current handling of this development. Exercise caution if you’re considering investing here.

The Shapoorji Joyville Celestia is stunning. I have been to the project site and I can say that the construction quality is outstanding. Furthermore, the construction progress is also really quick. The best part is the Shapoorji Joyville Celestia price list. Joyville Celestia offers 2 BHK Delight, 2 BHK Grande, and 3 BHK Luxury apartments in Pune. They do not offer 1 BHK units so I can’t tell you Shapoorji Joyville Celestia 1BHK price. But Shapoorji Joyville Celestia 2BHK price and 3BHK price start at Rs. 71.90 lacs with an area of 591 - 937 sq. ft. I decided to invest in Shapoorji Joyville Celestia because I knew Shapoorji Pallonji is one of India's top developers. I have visited the project so I can say that the flat has excellent features and amenities. The best area to explore is the double-height living room.
