My friend has been staying in Shilpitha Splendour for the last 6 months. I visited his house recently, so I'm sharing my Shilpitha Splendour reviews here. Numerous families and even bachelors live in this wonderful housing society. I found my friend's house was quite spacious and so beautifully decorated. There were two bathrooms, a huge living area, a modular kitchen, three bedrooms, and a balcony. During my stay, I found their neighbours weren't too bothersome and were friendly. Overall I loved this project.

I visited Maithri Shilpitha Splendour location a few months ago. It is just across from the Bagmane Technology Park (BTP) and EMC, only a short distance from Marathahalli Outer Ring Road (around 100–200 meters). It is within a proximity of 8 to 10 kms to Whitefield and Manyata Tech Park.
It is also located about 2km from the new metro station line that connects KR Puram and Silk Board. Apart from this, I found Phoenix Market City and VR Malls are within 3 km. You'll be relieved to hear that Motherhood Hospital Indiranagar, Axon Specialist Hospital and many other popular hospitals are conveniently located in case you require emergency services or medical attention. Additionally, you can get the Shilpitha Splendour unit size quite spacious. It is the greatest place to live in, in my opinion, so I booked a 2 BHK flat here.

Sharing my Shilpitha Splendour reviews with you all. This project is large and very well-maintained. Here, the security personnel are both polite and professional. You can get plenty of space and all the standard facilities including a gym, jogging track, CCTV cameras, power backup, badminton court and so on.
Malls, restaurants and multiplexes are easily accessible. Nearby are fitness centers, renowned institutions, and multispecialty hospitals. I will rate this project as following:
