The Shriram Chirping Grove builder marketed the project as row villas with the luxury of providing completely independent units at a very attractive price point with aesthetically designed homes and copious verdure and amenities. It is not a typical villa project where you find a significant gap between adjacent units, but that was never the concept. Given that it was built by Shriram, the execution and building quality are both good.

With the construction of Prestige City, Azim Premji University, and the metro extension up to the Sarjapura bus top, this region will be quite popular and offer a high standard of living. The Shriram Chirping Grove project is beautiful. The most important thing worth mentioning in this Shriram Chirping Grove review is the cost of units in this project, which is too exorbitant for the area. They should sell their villas at a much lower price if they look at the location and compare it to other builders and the existing neighbourhood development. Additionally, I believed the carpet area was inadequate, particularly if you already had furniture, cabinets, and other items that required space.

I purchased a 4 BHK villa in the Shriram Chirping Grove, as I felt that families and bachelors can both live comfortably at Shriram Chirping Grove's 4 BHK apartment buildings. The apartments here offer roomy interiors that are adequately ventilated.

Also, the apartment is RERA approved and the RERA ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/200226/003310. 

In this Shriram Chirping Grove review, I would like to add that I found the valuation of the apartments quite reasonable. The pricing for the Shriram Chirping Grove flats is exceptionally low. Apartments are priced between Rs. 1.99 and 1.99 crores. The costs are really reasonable when taking into account the location, services, and facilities offered.
