As a potential home buyer, I would like to share my review of Shriram Chirping Woods Starting off with a Shriram Chirping Woods address. The society is located in a prime area.There are plenty of IT offices, hospitals, and schools in the vicinity. Buyers can book a cab or share local public transportation as the auto/bus stand is 10 minutes away. I give Shriram Chirping Woods location, 10/10. The project has excellent connectivity from Yelahanka to Carmelaram via the upcoming Metro Phase 3.

As mentioned in Shriram Chirping Woods floor plan, the 2 BHK Flat is sized at 1001 Sq-ft and the 3 BHK is sized at 1213 Sq-ft. Both the units over an amazing view of the Kaikondrahalli lake from upper floors of some apartments are breathtaking. The construction quality is also decent, and the complex is well maintained.

The project has been handed over for a few towers and upon searching for the possession data online. I came across a few unhappy homeowners who have pointed out some Shriram Chirping Woods legal issues. The management had committed to handover property in 3 Years. They also claimed that in case they are unable to handover the unit they will pay compensation monthly. Nothing like this is happening, buyers did not receive any handouts upon late project delivery.
