I loved the Shriram Park 63 brochure that I checked online and paid a visit to this project a few months ago. I have not booked an apartment here yet, but I am planning to invest quite soon. Here are some of the features I have learned about this project-
All the apartments here are forest-facing. Wake up and see the lush green nature in front of you
You will get here 3 BHK Elite and 3 BHK Luxe
The project is huge. It is spread across 57 acres of land

I have not heard of any Shriram Park 63 complaints as of now. But I will suggest you visit the project yourself, verify it, and then only invest lakhs in it.

New Home Buyers Please Stay AWAY! Do not pay any token advance to any property from Shriram and if you decided to opt out due to financial/personal reasons your advance money will not come back. They will not even give a receipt for the advance and they will chase you till you pay it and they are happy to get it through Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking etc., Once you pay it, you will start facing one of the greatest pathetic situations where you have given your money and someone else will boss you. On top of it, if you wish to cancel the booking, they will never turn back. Just look at the @shriramprops twitter handle. So many people are facing utmost mental agony with they way they have been handled. You have to forget your money as per them if you dont wish to proceed. AS PER LAW THEY CANNOT FORFEIT YOUR BOOKING AMOUNT BEFORE YOU ENTER INTO A REGISTERED CONTRACT. Even then Indian laws do not allow any builder to forfeit the entire 100% of your amount. Ask them for an itemized receipt for which your token amount is used and you can very well file TDS. They will never respond to whatever you speak is right legally. They just want to force you to stay with them and suffer for life with your money stuck in their pockets. As a next step, you can also post reviews in sites wherever they do their marketing, like magicbricks, housing.com, homeznspace, commonfloor, 99acres etc. You can also take it to twitter, linkedin and spread this word until you get your money. Just check RERA TN, RERA Karnataka, RERA West Bengal websites to know all their filthy works and how the law has played its role in paying a penalty to the customer. I really hope this review will be helpful for anyone who is having a double thoughts whether they should proceed with Shriram Properties or not.

The Shriram Park 63 price starts from Rs 1.10 crore onwards. You can book an apartment here by paying about Rs 18 lakhs only. It is located in the lap of nature and enjoys great connectivity, but it has several cons as well. I did not like the project for several reasons, like–
The Shriram Park 63 price they mention in their quote is different from what they will share with you once you visit the project
Once you pay the money, forget to get the refund on cancellation. My friend paid the booking amount and is still struggling to get it back
The marketing team will say that they will hand over your apartment to you by 2024 but be sure it will get delayed. A lot of work is left which, in all probability will not get completed within a year.
These are some of the Shriram Park 63 complaints or problems I have heard and witnessed, so I will never suggest anyone invest here.

I would like to share what I felt after my extensive research, that is, Shriram Properties is a renowned name in the South Indian real estate business, It was founded in the year 2000 with the goal of creating high-quality properties with a focus on achieving optimum client satisfaction.
It is a subsidiary of the Shriram Group, a well-known commercial conglomerate with a four-decade track record in India. It focuses on a variety of categories, including cheap housing, mid-market premium housing, and luxury housing, as well as commercial and office space and plotted development.
I would really appreciate it if anyone provides me with a few more details about the builder’s repute so that I can go ahead with my purchasing plan.
