What are the Reviews of Shriram Suhaana Yelahanka Bangalore?

My mother’s brother was talking about the idea of investing in properties in North Bangalore and specifically Yelahanka. I went with him to have a look at some properties. Then while conversing, some people asked to look at Shriram Suhaana.

I had some idea of Shriram Suhaana unit configurations and all of them were available. We saw 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK. The minimum price started out at 54.77 lakhs.

Since my mother’s brother had set a budget of 90 lakhs. He wanted to book a 2 BHK flat and did so. Yelahaka as an area has undergone tremendous development because of the KIA Airport and will see long term land appreciation in future.

I made a quick visit to my friend's place in Yelahanka. After talking to his father I was shown a few properties. While checking them out I heard of Shriram Suhaana and got there. The first question I asked the sales team was about Shriram Suhaana Rera Number.

The representatives informed me that the project was Rera registered. This meant the project did not possess any legal hurdles. Then I took a look at the project amenities. There was a park, multiple sports courts, party area and clubhouse.

I also asked them about Shriram Suhaana possession date which they told that the project ended in June 2016. This meant that I could own a flat right away. I loved the amenities and the overall look of the project so I went ahead and bought a flat.

My uncle wanted to invest in properties in North Bangalore. Since my extended family lives in that neighbourhood, he thought it would be good to buy a property in Shriram Suhaana. 

I have been helping him out for a while and in the house hunt, we came across Shriram Suhaana reviews. Shriram Suhana location is Suryavanshi Layout, Doddaballapur Road, Yelahanka making it an ideal fit for investments. The Level Crossing Railway Station was the nearest. 

Since my aunt and uncle are senior citizens, I suggested that they must keep an eye for hospitals nearby. 

• Railway Hospital and RWF Hospital were both located at a 4 km radius. 

• Nice Mart is just 1.7 km away where essentials can be procured.

After verifying the property and getting a download of all the flat details, he has finally decided to book a flat.
