But the residents also told me that there are huge parking issues and the proposed metro is nowhere in sight. They also said that no good hospitals are nearby either. But, I still think I will invest in

Siddhivinayak Building since the pros of this place are certainly higher than its cons.

Since there are no industrial areas nearby and I have lived in the Siddhivinayak Building area in Pawar Nagar for six years, the neighbourhood is friendly and the air is always clean and energising. I therefore desired to purchase a house of my own in this locality. And that's when I began looking for a Siddhivinayak Building review. According to numerous reviews, there are 5 kilometres between schools, colleges, and hospitals, and there is continuous electrical connectivity. Water is also available around-the-clock.
