I would like to share my Sipani Royal Heritage reviews, a property we recently visited. Apart from its proximity to the Chandapura Circle, the project is near several IT offices, such as Infosys, Biocon, Wipro, etc. As my husband’s office is nearby, the location really works in our favour. The project is approved by RERA, and the Sipani Royal Heritage RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/191116/003011. We are about to finalise this deal and move into our 2 BHK soon.

As a property investor, I was keen to check out this project as Chandapura is one of the hot-selling areas in Bengaluru. I believe that this would give me a high yield in the future. But for someone who is looking for an ideal home in this city, I would say you can give this a look. Offering 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats, the Sipani Royal Heritage 3 BHK price is somewhere around Rs. 75 lakhs, which would be a good price for a home here. I liked the wide range of amenities, including a spa, swimming pool, jogging track and whatnot. To finish, I would say that this is one of the best options near Electronic City if you’re looking to settle down or even invest.

One of my friends had purchased a property in Sipani Royal Heritage Phase 1. The society looked and felt premium and impressive. A friend even persuaded me to look at the brochure. If you are considering buying a unit in Phase 2, you should read my friend’s review.

These issues have been voiced by the residents on multiple accords and continue to fall on the Sipani management team’s deaf ears. In each tower, there is one lift for services and passengers; the facilities (parking, gym, security system, playground, clubhouse, jogging track, etc) offered to residents have not been delivered.
The timeline of projects is often delayed and the construction quality of Sipani is very poor. There is no proper security system in the residential society.
My friend told me, living here came with certain pros, like the Sipani Royal Heritage location. The project location is simply the best, the project is situated in Chandapura, Bangalore South. Complete Sipani Royal Heritage address is 9, 2, Chandapura - Anekal Road, Suryanagar, Iggalur, Karnataka 562106.
Phase 2 :Sipani Royal Heritage phase 2 is under construction right now. The possession date shared by the developers is September 2023. According to the Sipani Royal Heritage floor plan, phase 2 will have 1 BHK apartment with a super built-up area of 575 - 590 sq. ft. (53.42 - 54.81 sq.m.), 2 BHK with a super built-up area of 780 - 1165 sq. ft. (72.46 - 108.23 sq.m) and 3 BHK apartment with a super built-up area of 1010 - 1230 sq.
I would advise prospective buyers to take heed of the complaint shared by Sipani Royal Heritage phase 1 buyer and conduct proper research before buying a flat in phase 2.

I'm currently working on finalising a deal with the Sipani Royal Heritage property in Chandapura. The complex is around 3 minutes away from Chandapura Circle. It's on the main road in Anekel. Sipani Royal Heritage is an excellent spot to invest and spend time with family. Infrastructure and amenities are extensive.
It is well connected by road, local train from Anekel road station to Whitefield (45 minutes to 1 hour), Sarjapur (30 minutes), ITPL, ORR (1 hour), Koramangala (30 minutes to 45 minutes), Bannerghata (30 minutes), Electronic City (10 minutes).
We will get a projected metro station close in the future, possibly in another 2 to 5 years. Chandapura is one of the most desirable areas in Bangalore South for property ownership. It boasts a promising social and physical infrastructure, as well as a developing community. Most importantly, it is only 3 kilometres from my son's institution, Swamy Vivekananda College. As a result of its superior location, I am pleased that I purchased a flat in this building.
