I wanted to take a look at properties at slightly far off places in Bangalore as I was on a tight budget. When a close friend suggested that I check out Siroya Sunshine I was excited about the idea.
I went to the project and had a look at Siroya Sunshine Unit configurations. There were 1, 2 and 3 BHK options on offer. The price range was between Rs. 98.2 lakh to Rs. 1.44 crore. Since finances were tough, I decided to zero on the 1 BHK option.
I bought the flat with an Inkling to let it out later after making a few final alterations. I felt that given my fund crunch, this was a great option to finalise on.

My father and I are looking to invest in resale property. We have come across many Siroya Sunshine reviews. Our enquiry into the project revealed the Siroya Sunshine RERA Number which is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/171114/000400.
As far as the project amenities are concerned, there is a STP, proper fire safety measures, security, greenery and much more around. It also has an indoor gaming area and children’s play zone. There’s also a gym and jogging track.
We liked the project amenities. We are looking at property approvals and documents before making a final decision.

Sunshine Siroya location is at KHB Colony Main Road, K H B Colony, R T Nagar, Bengaluru. It has been developed by Siroya Constructions. My uncle has been living here for the last 3 years and he has had a pleasant stay.
He said that there is a DMart in the complex which makes daily shopping a hassle free experience. Although he heard some residents complaining about the construction quality, so far, it has been okay for him. You should go yourself and check the property before buying.
