When I visited this property to view it, I was impressed by its aesthetic appeal as well as the amenities that are offered here. There is also a strong sense of community. But the thing that appealed to me the most was the SJR Watermark address along with the advantages of a convenient location. The nearest bus stop is Kudlu Gate, which is just 5.8 km. Karmelaram railway station 6.4 km is also nearby. Apollo pharmacy and Motherhood Hospital are both at a 1 to 2km distance. VIBGYOR High School and Orchids the International School are also both nearby at under 3km distance. For entertainment, PVR Soul Spirit and the 7D voyage are both around 2.5-2.7lm which is at very close proximity. Such ease of commute motivated me even more to invest in this property.

I recently invested in this project because I was really impressed by all the amenities they offered. They have a tennis court, and an aerobics room for fitness. The homes here are vastu compliant as well. They have a nice swimming pool and a gym for all the cardio lovers. There is 24/7 power backup for people who work from home. They also have taken all the safety protocols into consideration, and have CCTV surveillance, fire safety protocols, and an intercom system. The SJR Watermark price is also very reasonable, starting at Rs. 81 Lakh, which was well within my budget for investment. I would definitely recommend this property for investment.

I recently visited this project with my uncle since he had been looking to invest in some property for a while now. We visited here after going through a few SJR Watermark reviews. We saw that there are 2 and 3 BHK unit configurations available on this property. It is a nice and secure gated community. There is a good amount of parking space available as well. We got to know about the builder as well, SJR Prime Corporation Pvt. Ltd. They are a very reputable name in Bangalore's real estate sector. They  entered the real estate industry in 1973 and have since completed several residential and commercial projects with success. Several of SJR Developers' developments, like the Primus in Koramangala and the IT Park in Whitefield, are city icons. The SJR Group's projects are in prime locations, near commercial areas and convenience stores. Their commercial projects include airport tarmacs, flyovers, and bridges, and retail projects include Kalpana Mall (K.G. Road), Padukone Plaza (Koramangla), and Spectrum Mall (Bannerghatta Road). This project is RERA approved as well, and the SJR Watermark RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/171114/000400. My uncle is going to invest in 2 BHK here.
