So, I checked the pricing of Sky High located in Hyderabad. But I was a little disappointed looking at the pricing. The pricing starts at Rs. 4.28 crore. I feel the flats here are overpriced and this project is constructed for a specific class of people. And the project is also taking a lot of time to get completed. It launched in 2017 and it will be completed by 2023. You can check out some other projects at lower prices which offer decent amenities. As of now, this project is a thumbs down for me. The project promotes 4 BHK apartments to its residents and each flat is spacious and well ventilated. I should tell you that Shaikpet locality is also a decent place to live in. It’s close to HiTech City, and KBR Park. Apollo hospital is located and there are some renowned malls and stationery shops, schools, restaurants, and colleges in this area. The Sky High project located in Shaikpet is RERA approved.

I was looking for a property in Shaikpet and I heard a lot about the Sky High project. So, I went on a site visit to check out the project last month. The project offers 4 BHK flats and the amenities they are offering are premium. The project gave me a posh feeling since the project had everything inside to get rid of boredom. Developed by Harsha constructors, Sky High provides excellent amenities like rainwater harvesting. Amphitheatre, housekeeping, CCTV, lift gym, power back up, and many more features.
