Two years back, I purchased a 3 BHK flat here. The very first thing that attracted me was the SLS Serenity location. After visiting the site, i found out that this project is:
At 15 minutes walking distance from Kadubeesanahalli bus stop.
At 2 minutes driving distance from The Black Pearl Marathahalli restaurant . You can find multiple good restaurants nearby.
4 minutes away from Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, 13 minutes away from Kaikondrahalli, 15 minutes away from Bellandur, 18 minutes away from Marathahalli, and so on.
Apart from this I found the SLS Serenity price affordable and amenities good. For my 1424 sq ft three bedroom flat, I paid Rs 1 Crore. I will rate them 4 out of 5 under my review.

My uncle recently shifted here and he told me that the SLS Serenity unit size is quite good. You can get spacious flats with balconies here. Apart from this, he said schools, shopping malls, hospitals, and dining restaurants are just a short distance away from the community. You can also get a public transportation system and all the basic amenities nearby.
This project offers amenities like a swimming pool, gym, 24/7 security, power backup, intercom facility, park and so on. When I asked about the SLS Serenity possession date, he said it was in June 2009. But, the staff members well-maintained the society. After hearing all this, I am excited to visit his home, but I will give the rating only after I see the project on my own.

I stayed here for 1.5 years, so sharing my SLS Serenity reviews. The best part here is that they offer a wheelchair for elderly people at the entrance itself. Also, you can get the parking near the entrance gate. Excellent location, as this project is close to the outer ring road. The society is surrounded by excellent restaurants and bus stops like (Kadubeesanahalli bus stop, Kadubeesanahalli bus stop or Panathur bus stop). I overall like this society.
