My uncle has been a long time Bangalore resident. He wanted to specifically look for properties in Whitefield as he has just opened an office there. He told me that he has visited SLV Nivas.

Yes, the infrastructural development is one of the most attractive features for investment in Whitefield but it is important to check legal aspects of the property beforehand. He asked the project manager about SLV Nivas RERA Number. The manager told him that it was PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849. The project was first handed over in 2014. Current residents were quite satisfied as per his observation. I have asked him to just ascertain that there are no pending legal cases or dues before he puts in his money. If anybody out there knows more about this project, please drop your comments. It would help us.

While viewing a few properties in Whitefield, I got to read SLV Nivas reviews. The reviews spoke highly of the project and so I decided to go and see it myself. It was a long commute to get there.

SLV Nivas location is at Ecc Rd, near ITPL, Whitefield. Since Whitefield was unexplored for me but I had heard that it offers good investment opportunities. My financial advisor said that I should go ahead with property investment but keep in mind that location is good and offers good appreciation rate.

I checked out the locality for its infrastructure and to understand if it would be worth putting money here. I learned that Ramagondanahalli and Sathya Sai Hospital were 2.7 km and 4.1 km away. There were five train stations where most of them were available at 6 km radius. For Healthcare Dr. R. Munisingh Hospital is only 6 minutes away.

For daily needs, Loyal City Supermarket  and The Whitefield Market were both 1.5 km away. One need not travel too much to find things and the connectivity was brilliant too. This was the reason why I wanted to buy a property here. There is a lot of infrastructural development being undertaken here, I am buying a flat here for sure.

I have been looking at properties in Whitefield as it would be a great investment. My agent asked me to check out SLV Nivas. I quickly arranged a project tour and the first task on my list was to check out SLV Nivas unit configurations.

The offerings here were in 2 BHK and 3 BHK. The range for the flats was between 2.20 Crore to 3.45 Crore. The project was comparatively smaller to what I had seen in earlier projects. I took a quick look at the interiors. The sanitary ware and modular switches were of top make. The main door had a teakwood frame with a skin panelled shutter. 

I also liked the facilities in the society which included a gym, jogging track, a clubhouse and a party area along with many other attractive features.

I might end up investing here. I am just waiting for my financial advisor to get back to me.
