What are the reviews of SLV Paradise Carmelram Bangalore?

While discussing with my father, I hit upon the idea of putting a chunk of funds into properties. In my quest for good properties, I found out about SLV Paradise. This project immediately appealed to me and I decided to visit it. I learned there that the

• SLV Paradise possession date was March 2014

• It has multiple amenities like sports courts, a children’s play area, a rainwater harvesting facility, 24*7 Internet Services etc

• The apartments are spacious and enjoy great ventilation

I have therefore decided to invest here soon and would highly recommend this project to others. 

My Brother’s workplace got shifted near Carmelram so he decided to buy a house near it. After hearing a positive SLV Paradise review, he decided to check out the project himself. He found the SLV Paradise Location great. It is located off Sarjapur road, Carmelaram, Chikkakannalli. He was already well aware of the locality and during his visit to the project, he found that the:

• Sarjapura Bus Stop and Sarjapura Police Station Stop were within a 1 km radius.

• Carmelaram Railway Station is just 1.2 km away. 

• Town Hospital Sarjapur is just half a kilometre away from the project. 

• Durga Provision Store and APMC Market are 2 minutes away.

He found the overall connectivity of the project with other parts of Bangalore is very good with robust transport systems and rated the project 4/ 5 in his review. 

I visited the SLV Paradise project and was impressed with its planning and specifications. This project provides properties with:

• Teakwood frame for the main door and salwood for other doors.

• Aluminium windows with safety grills installed.

• Acrylic emulsion paint for interior walls and weather proof cement-based paint for external walls have been used 

• Stainless steel sink with granite platform in the kitchen.

It is worth investing in so you definitely consider having a property here.
