I read a lot of SNN Raj Grandeur reviews before checking out a resale fat here earlier this week. The visit turned out to be good as the maintenance and offerings were really good.
The society has a library, multiple sports courts and a children’s play area. There is also a gym, aerobics room and a jogging track. A spa has been built inside the premises. In terms of security, there is a dedicated security team and CCTVs are also installed in important places. Although we have yet to see other flats, this one is definitely amongst the few we like.

I was looking to buy the 3 BHK and liked it a lot. There is enough space for car and bike parking and all the flats are completely Vastu-compliant.
I also checked the RERA registration and the project has been approved with the SNN Raj Grandeur RERA number, PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/170918/000681.
I am yet to make up my mind but the deal looks pretty nice to miss out on as of now. You should check out the project once if you ask me.
Hello. I am here to share my SNN Raj Grandeur reviews with you. I have been living here since the project was completed in 2022. Thus far, everything has been nice. The society is spacious and you have a lot of places nearby. Gangothri Hospital is 12 minutes away while Fortis and Apollo Hospital are also 4 km away. PVR Koramangala and Gopalan Innovation Mall are a 4-kilometre drive away.
Bommanahalli is a work hub in Bangalore and has a decent bus network to other parts of Bangalore. So, if you are considering buying a flat in this area, Raj Grandeur can be an option to look out for.
