There are several things which I personally liked the most about this property. It has excellent access to practically all other key locations in and around Bangalore thanks to its prime location. It is close to several renowned hospitals, shopping malls, entertainment facilities, public gardens, and other facilities for the general public. It has the following location advantages:

  • Karnataka College: 1.6 km

  • Kidzee: 3 km

  • Elements Mall: 3.6 km

  • Rega Hospital: 1 km

Last night, one of my cousins showed me this attractive property ad. So we both decided to visit their office and visited it the very next week. The team walked us through the virtual video of the project and its amenities. It includes amenities like an amphitheatre, CCTV cameras, clubhouse, protected parking, entrance gate with a security cabin, gated community, gym, landscaped garden, lift, multipurpose games court, open park and party area. All these amenities were as per our expectations and we might invest here if everything goes well. But till then, let me research more and bring you more info regarding Sobha City Athena review.

When I saw a banner advertising this property, I was so amazed to see such a lavish property in Bangalore. So on the very next day, I visited their office to take a thorough look. I found that they offer 3 BHK apartments with a price range of Rs.1.42 Crores. From what I have seen in their brochure, it comes with a carpet area of 1682 sq ft. I am still midway through researching this project and looking for some more Sobha City Athena reviews. It is a good locality and I believe an investment here would make for a good decision.
