What are the reviews of Sobha City, Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon?

I can say one thing Sobha is the solution if you're seeking high-quality buildings in addition to gorgeous greenery. It is located not far from Sector 25 Dwarka, where the International Convention Center is planned to be built, and Sector 26 Dwarka's extension of the airport metro line. And I believe it will be beneficial for Sobha City Gurgaon resale value. And I have seen that the Sobha City Gurgaon construction update is ready to move. So you can visit the property once to get a better idea and then invest.

I think the apartments are unreasonably costly, and for no good reason at all. And I didn’t like the Sobha City Gurgaon floor plan as they have 4 apartments per floor as opposed to 2 or 3 apartments at most per floor. I also observed that the flats don't have enough sides that are open for ventilation and a very poor window-to-wall ratio. There isn't enough natural light and only 2 lifts per tower are available as of now. When you are really rushing to get to work in the morning, that will lengthen the waiting period. And talking about Sobha City Gurgaon resale value, it can probably provide better returns.

I have seen that Sobha constructs projects in Dubai and other worldwide areas, and their construction is done to the same standards everywhere. Consider it if you could afford a 2 or 3-bedroom home priced between Rs. 1.6 and 1.7 crores. And Sobha City Gurgaon price goes up to Rs.2.5 to 2.7 crores. In my opinion, nobody in all of Gurgaon can compare to the elegance that Sobha offers. And if you are wondering is Sobha City Gurgaon a good investment, then yes it is in my opinion. I think Sobha City Gurgaon resale value will be increasing as infrastructure in Gurgaon is rapidly improving and it is one of the preferred residential and commercial area in NCR.
