What are the Reviews of Sobha Dahlia Bellandur Bangalore?

My cousin wanted to invest in a property in Bangalore. He looked at a few of them but he was not entirely impressed. When he heard about Sobha Dahlia, he decided to pay a visit. He learnt important details about the project.

He found out about Sobha Dahlia Rera number which was PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/171114/000400. He learned that the project is free of legal hassles. He was shown the project amenities, some of which are listed below:

• Sobha Dahlia has a shopping centre inside its premises.

• The project also has an ATM, Library and Spa.

• Multiple sports courts are there along with a children’s play area.

• The project has a fully functioning gym along with an aerobics room.

• A power backup facility has been provided.

Sobha Dahlia’s possession date could not be found. But the project was launched in June 2004. This means that the flats were ready to move and it was a big advantage for my cousin. He liked the amenities and decided to book a flat here.

My friend wanted to invest in properties at Sarjapur Road as his workplace was getting shifted there. He checked a lot of flats, but could not get the right fit. When he heard of Sobha Dahlia, he decided to go and check it out.

Once he arrived there, he learnt about Sobha Dahlia unit configurations. There were only 3 BHK flats on offer and the price range was from Rs. 1.19 Crore Rs to 1.52 Crore.

He also saw the project interiors will have vitrified tiles for the living and dining rooms. Ceramic tiles were used in the balconies and kitchen. A granite platform is provided in the kitchen. MS Handrail and sanitary fittings are to be installed.

He liked the interiors and the overall project look. Since he had a budget of Rs. 2 Crore, he decided to go ahead and purchase a flat here. He knew it would be a worthy long-term investment.

I have come across many Sobha Dahlia reviews. After going through them, I decided to go and visit the project. Sobha Dahlia location is at Green Glen Layout, Bellandur, Bangalore. To give a little information about the connecting points around this project, you must know that Kadubeesanahalli bus stop is 7.8 km away. Mangammanapalya Bus Stop is 7.4 km away. Bellandur Road Train Station is 5.6 km away. Carmelaram Train Station is 7 km away.

I also wanted to ensure that hospitals and medical facilities are nearby. I saw Cloud Nine Hospital is 11.5 km away, while Best Services Hospital is 7.5 km away. There are ample schools and supermarkets present here. Overall, it will be a good living experience here with all the daily needs being catered to perfectly.
