What are the Reviews of Sobha Dream Gardens, Bellahalli, Bangalore?

I was planning to buy an apartment in the Thannisandra locality. I visited several projects in and around Thannisandra. However, I preferred 2 projects namely, Sobha Dream Garden, and

. I really liked the 3 BHK premium apartments in the MSR RR Signature. However, the starting price is Rs. 1.40 Cr onward. This is quite exorbitant and way beyond my budget. Whereas in Sobha Dream Garden I can buy a 2 BHK unit starting at Rs. 89 Lakhs. 

However, on the other hand, I believe MSR RR Signature might be a good buy in terms of investment. It has several locational advantages in comparison to Sobha Dream Garden, like, 

There are several tech parks nearby, Manyata Tech Park / 3.6 KM, Kirloskar Tech Park / 12.3 KM, and Karle Tech Park / 8.8 KM. Along with great connectivity of Yelahanka Railway Station / 7.7 KM, Outer Ring Road / 9.8 KM, and doorstep BMTC Connectivity / 23.8 KM. 

So I am a bit confused and still thinking about which one to opt for.

I was planning to book an apartment in the Bellahalli locality. So during my property hunt, I discovered this project. A few months back I visited the site. The Sobha Dream Garden address is Kannuru Main Road, Mitganahalli, Bellahalli, Off Thanisandra Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 562149. This is still an under-construction project and the expected Sobha Dream Gardens possession date is by December 2027. 

One of the most important things that I liked about this project was the Sobha Dream Garden location. Some of the locational advantages are as follows;

• It is just 30 minutes from the airport

• Yelahanka Junction is just 9 km away and can be reached in 25 minutes

• Nearby Manyata Tech park is just 9.3 km 

• Excellent road connectivity is available in Thanisandra via Bellary Road, Hennur Road, ORR, and Thanisandra Main Road.

I think buying a property here will be a profitable option as these locational advantages might generate good returns. I hope this Sobha Dream Gardens review will help all potential buyers. 

I visited the site along with my parents. Sobha Dream Gardens construction status is still in progress. It has received RERA approval for several phases and wings. The Sobha Dream Gardens RERA number for phase 1, wings 8 & 9 is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/181122/002165. The starting Sobha Dream Gardens price for a 2 BHK unit with a size of 1009 sq. ft. onwards is Rs. 89 Lakhs. Overall, I liked the project, and planning to book a 2 BHK unit here.
