According to me, they are currently preparing to launch another outstanding development in a desirable Bangalore location which is Sobha Neopolis. As of now, the Sobha Neopolis launch date is December 2028.
The best part I found after visiting panathur road is Sobha Neopolis location. The Outer Ring Road (ORR) is only ten minutes away by car or auto. With the completion of Metro Phase 2A BLUE LINE by 2025, this project will be more easily connected to major parts of Bangalore. As per their plan, this project will offer people a quiet, pollution-free environment to live in. It will enable a healthy and enjoyable way of life. I booked a site visit by calling at +917019198828. Sobha Neopolis launch date is by the end of July 2023. I really liked the location. It is located in a strategic location of Panathur, Bangalore. Some of its locational advantages are as follows;
Whitefield, Marathahalli, and Electronic City, are reachable via Panathur Main Road and National Highway-44.
Access to the 47 kilometre Kempegowda International Airport is provided by State Highway 35 and National Highway 44.
In this neighbourhood, BMTC and KSRTC buses run continuously throughout the day. Additionally, Panathur has excellent train access to other areas of the city through Belandur Road Railway Station, which is 300 metres away, and Carmelaram Railway Station, which is 6.3 kilometres away.
The forthcoming ORR metro line will probably improve Panathur's connectivity even further.
I believe that these locational advantages will have a good return on investment.
