Hey Friends,

After searching a lot for my dream house, I opted for Sobha Nesara as I felt the location suits my demand. I always wanted to stay in a place nearby the Mumbai Pune highway. I am writing this Sobha Nesara review because I am satisfied with the project's locality. There are banks like SBI, HDFC, and ICICI within a 2-kilometre radius of Sobha Nesara, and access to banks and ATMs is good in this area. The Kothrud dump is four kilometres away. The distance between Mumbai and Bangalore is 5 km. It takes 10 minutes to drive to the Vanaz Corner. The OM Hospital is 11 minutes away. The Spring Orchid School is 14 minutes away by car from this place.

I visited this project and no doubt I am supremely impressed with the construction quality of Sobha Nesara. However, after scrutinising the locality and discussing it with one of my friends who stay there, I discovered some locational disadvantages which I felt worth mentioning in this Sobha Nesara review;

  • Due to Kothrud's inadequate sewage infrastructure, several areas are susceptible to flooding.

  • On the area's two main approach roads, commuters encounter traffic jams: Roads Paud and Karve

  • Some regions of the location have a noted lack of appropriate water supply.

  • Slum settlements in Kothrud's Jay Bhavani Nagar and Sutardara have a negative impact on housing sentiment.

  • During the monsoons, Kothrud's residents dislike frequent power outages.

  • The smell of the local waste dump has been a source of complaints from residents of Indira Shankar Nagari and other districts.
