What are the Reviews of Sobha Petunia Nagavara Bangalore?

My Aunt wanted to buy a new house. I suggested she explore Sobha Petunia as she was looking to invest in a 3BHK apartment in Nagavara. 

From my research I told her about Sobha Petunia unit configurations beforehand. Here is the complete list for you as well:

The price range for the available configurations starts from Rs. 2.05 Crore.

She also had a look at the project Interiors and this is what she found:

• Marble tiles are used for the living and dining rooms. Laminated Wooden flooring is used in the Master Bedroom.

• Granite Vanity counter in all toilets around the house.

• Timber frames for main and bedroom doors along with laminate and Masonite skin.

• Powder-coated Aluminium glazed windows.

• MS Railing has been used for the staircase. 

She liked the look of the interiors. Since she budgeted 3 crore Rs, she settled on a 2 BHK flat here. Nagavara has seen huge development over the years.

My cousin wanted to check out properties at Nagavara for himself. After searching for many days, he could not find a suitable flat. When he heard of Sobha Petunia, he had an inkling and checked it out right away.

He took a look at the legal aspects first to understand if the project as apt approvals or not. He learnt that Sobha Petunia RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/171114/000400. 

He also mentioned that the project amenities are quite impressive. I remember he mentioned that there will be an ATM and a Library inside the premises. There is a tennis court, an Indoor gaming area, a fully functional gym and an aerobics room as well.

I asked him about Sobha Petunia possession date and he said he can move in on buying the property. He is considering his investment here. You can take a look and do your own due diligence as well before investing your money here.

On the lookout for properties, I ended up reading many Sobha Petunia reviews. After checking them carefully, I decided to go for the project tour. It took a long time to get to the site but I felt it was worth it.

Sobha Petunia location is Veerannapalya, Nagavara, Bangalore. At the project tour, I familiarized myself with the important connectivity hotspots around it. I saw that Kanaka Nagar and Dasarahalli Hebbal Bus Stops are close by. While looking for medical facilities around, I spotted Manipal Hospital and Bangalore Baptist Hospital are the closest.

If your kids study at Kensri School and Vidya Niketan School, this project is closest for you. Apart from this supermarkets and general stores are at a walking distance as well. I think connectivity is decent from the project to the rest of the city. You can take a tour yourself and see if this is worth your investment or not.
