What are the Solitaire Residency, Hennur, Bangalore Reviews?

My Cousin wanted to buy a property in Hennur and that is when he came to know about the Soltiare Residency. During his visit there, he came to know about several important aspects of this project like:

• Solitaire Residency Rera Number: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849

• All the properties are 100% Vastu Compliant

• It has an ample number of amenities like a park, gym, children’s play area, power backup facility and more

The Solitaire Residency Possession date was May 2014 onwards so all the apartments are available for moving in. 

Since I wanted to buy a property in Bangalore, I went on a hunt and looked at a few but did not like them. On my friend’s suggestion, I checked out this project and found it great mainly because of the Solitaire Residency location. It is located at Hennur Bagalur MN RD, Bhyrathi Cross, Kothannur Post. 

During the travel, I found that

• K Narayanapura Cross and Byrathi Cross were just 0.5 and 0.4 km away. 

• Double Services train station is 4.8 km away. 

• Legacy School and Kensri School are 5 and 18 minutes away respectively

• Medi Derma Hospital and Cratis Hospital were 1.2 and 0.9 km away respectively from this project

I even found several malls, markets, schools, cinema halls and others near it and could be sure that I have easy access to all of these. I will be finalising a property here very soon and will recommend others to invest here. 

After having several discussions with my colleagues about buying a property in the Hennur area, I was suggested to visit the Solitaire Residency project. I am really glad to have visited it. 

Let me start with the Solitaire Residency unit configurations.

• This project has 2 and 3 BHK flats available. 

• The 2 BHK flat carpet area iss1265 sq ft and the 3 BHK flat had an 1870 sq ft carpet area.

As for the pricing, I found the apartment prices quite affordable. They all range between Rs 67 lakhs and Rs 1.26 crore. I found the project worth investing in and will be having a 2 BHK here before this Diwali.
