Sonam Indradhanush project area is 2 acres. This project has 2 buildings which contain 350 units in total. While asking about the project details, my sister was also briefed about Sonam Indradhanush’s amenities. 

  • Sonam Indradhanush will have multiple sports courts.

  • Residents can use the park and common garden for walks.

  • A clubhouse and a community hall will be built here.

  • Rainwater Harvesting and STP will be given for this project.

  • A well-stocked library will be built for resident's use.

Sonam Indradhanush’s possession date is March 2027. The project is RERA-Approved which is an assurance. Sonam Indradhanush’s flats are fully Vaastu compliant. If these things matter to you, I would suggest go pay a visit.

While looking for properties in and around Mira Road, my brother came across many Sonam Indradhanush reviews. Sonam Indradhanush is located near St. Xavier's High School, Kashigaon, Mira Road, Mumbai. He was keen on checking out new projects and this one caught his eye. When my brother enquired about the project details he came to know of several connecting points around it:
  • Holy Cross Convent School and Vidyamandir School are not far off.
  • St Anne’s Hospital and Orbit Super Speciality Hospital are situated nearby.
  • Mira Road and Dahisar train stations are 16 and 18 minutes away respectively.
  • Dahisar East Metro Station and Anand Nagar Metro Station are 3.9 km and 4km away respectively.
  • INOX Thakur Mall and Rassaz Multiplex are 8 and 13 minutes away respectively.
