Tranquil Meadows, because of its locational supremacy. One of the well-known suburbs in affluent south Chennai is Pallikaranai, which is adjacent to Keelkattalai, Sholinganallur, Tambaram, and Velachery. It is close to the SEZ on Sholinganallur Road and the OMR IT belt. While the St. Thomas Mount Railway station is the closest railroad station and is located 8 kilometres from the region, Chennai Airport is 13.5 kilometres away. Schools (including St. John Public School and Bharathi Vidyalaya Senior Secondary School), medical facilities, and shopping complexes (including Phoenix Market City and VGP Mall) are all nearby. Excited to stay here.

Being a resident of this apartment, I would like to provide an honest Tranquil Meadows review. Being a single mother, my most important concern was security. I am very much satisfied with the security facility of this apartment, along with its other amenities. My son Kabir enjoys playing in the swimming pool, there is also a kid's play area in this apartment. Other conveniences like a car parking facility, 24/7 power back up, availability of lifts, presence of a clubhouse, proper maintenance staff, and garbage disposal facilities, make it a habitable apartment for the residents.
I am happy and satisfied staying here.

I visited this project only because I have heard that the renowned Southern Investments, developed this project, giving their best in it. I saw that Tranquil Meadows by Southern Investments provides cosy apartments that nearly resembles a villa. The apartments are expertly planned, offering 2BHK and 3BHK flats furnished with all essential modern conveniences. The project is complete, and possession was completed in 2013. I am overall satisfied with the project. However, my only concern is that this project is not registered under RERA. Also, there is no covered car parking facility available. Though the project’s construction quality is quite good, I am a bit sceptical about investing in this project. Hence, I would appreciate it if anyone could provide me with a few more insights about the same.
