The idea of the Sowparnika Ashiyana project is sound. Sowparnika's marketing partner, Credvest, is a good one.
However, one negative aspect that I want to highlight in this Sowparnika Ashiyana review is that the CRM team's lack of responsiveness, incompetence, and unprofessional customer service has left me quite unhappy. Additionally, the documentation is of very low quality. As I booked a flat in this building, I wish for a good peaceful stay.

The first thing worth mentioning in this Sowparnika Ashiyana review is that the project is RERA approved and the RERA ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/201201/003726. Apartment costs range from 57.41 Lakhs to 67.63 Lakhs. The costs are really reasonable, economical, and practical when taking into account the location, services, and facilities offered. The Sowparnika Ashiyana apartments are situated in the prestigious, upscale, Samethanahalli Village neighbourhood and offer the following location advantages:
Only a 5- to 10-minute drive between the bus stops at Ganagalu and Hoskote Govt Hospital.
Only 7-9 minutes distance between the Mission and Srinivasa hospitals.
Within a three to five-minute drive are Swami Vivekananda Vidya Kendra, Al-Ameen Residential Schools, and other notable educational facilities.
