What are the Reviews of Sowparnika Sanvi Whitefield Bangalore?

My friend wanted to check out properties in Whitefield so he looked up at some of them, His search was unsuccessful. When he heard about Sowparnika Sanvi, he expressed interest and arranged a project tour.

He got there and found that Sowparnika Sanvi RERA Number was PR/KN/170805/001139. He asked for other details and checked out the amenities. The project had a gym, jogging track, badminton court, and children’s play area. Rainwater harvesting and fire safety measures were also implemented.

He said that the Sowparnika Sanvi possession date was in September 2014. The flats were readily available and this was helpful for him.

He liked the amenities on offer and decided to invest in a flat here.

I was going through a few Sowparnika Sanvi Reviews. After looking at them carefully, I decided to go and see the project. Sowparnika Sanvi location is 5th Cross, Vijaynagar, Nagaraj Layout, Off Ambedkar Nagar Road, Hagadur Village, Whitefield Hope Farm Junction, Bangalore East. I got there I put myself at ease by looking at the important connecting points around the project. Some of them are as follows

• Whitefield Train Station is 4.3 km away. The Railway Goods Loading Junction is 3.8 km away. 

• Dr Munisigh Hospital is 3.8 km away. New Life Hospital is 4.1 km away. 

• The Deens Academy is 2.6 km away. Ryan International School is 9.3 km away. 

• Apnaday Market is a kilometre away and Loyal City Hypermarket is 1.9 km away.

The overall connectivity is strong here. Essentials can be easily bought. Healthcare facilities are available close by. I also liked the project location.

My cousin wanted to buy a house in Whitefield as he was an IT professional and his workplace moved there. He checked out many of them but was not satisfied. He heard of Sowparnika Sanvi and decided to look at the project.

He then found out about Sowparnika Sanvi unit configurations were 2 and 3 BHK options. He said that the total project area was 4 acres. It had 5 floors and 436 units which were in 4 towers.

Sowparnika Sanvi price range was between Rs. 1.89 Crore to Rs. 2.56 Crore. Finally, he opted for a 2 BHK here as it was within his budget.
