• The housing units are badly constructed. 

• The water management system for the basement is similarly substandard.

• The finishing quality is poor.

• The harvesting of rainwater is inappropriate.

• There is a water leakage issue at the terrace.

• The parking provided by the builder in front of the lift and stairway is a concern for many apartment owners there.

As per my Sri Vandana Orchid reviews, putting money here would not be a wise choice. Therefore, I advise you to think carefully before investing in the Sri Vandana Orchid JP Nagar 7th Phase project.
