I found out that Sri Vathsa Sky Heaven has been registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and its RERA id is P01100001061.Both the units offered ie 2 BHK and 3 BHK have balconies, good ventilation and more. My flat is a 2BHK unit with a carpet area of 1200 sq ft. The starting price for the 2 BHK is ₹1.02 Crores. I read in the Sri Vathsa Sky Heaven review that the project has connectivity with the important areas in the vicinity like Sri Sitaramanjaneya Temple, Ratnadeep Supermarket, etc.

I'm going to give a short Sri Vathsa Sky Heaven review as the possession date is far away. The developer(Sri Vathsa Homes) is giving a society with a long list of amenities. There will be a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a children's play area, and a multipurpose hall where I can spend quality time with family and friends. The society also offers round-the-clock security and power backup which will make my life comfortable and stress-free. The construction is slow but I am hoping the possession will be given according to the promised date.

I have booked a unit here because the society boasts several location advantages and amenities that make life easy and convenient. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby such as T Grill Express, Shadab Hotel and Cafe Bahar, all within a 5-minute drive. Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Lemon Tree Premier, are dinner options near the project. There are several educational and medical institutions such as the National Institute of Nutrition and Rainbow Children's Hospital within a 3 km radius. If you have kids, this project is perfect as it's near a school, park and cafe.
