What are the Shubh Enclave, Harlur, Bangalore Reviews?

Hi there. I saw you were looking for Shubh Enclave reviews and I can share mine. We have had 3 BHK here in the last 5 years and feel we made a good decision. Haralur as an area sees a lot of demand as offices and commercial spaces are nearby.

The flat condition is still really good even after so many years. The property is completely built as per Vastu. You’ll find ample parking space here.

We like the locality as markets are quite close, so you don’t have to worry about groceries and all. Overall, this is a good place to live if you are looking for a house in Haralur.

While discussing with my brother, we planned to invest in properties at Harlur and rent them later. When we heard of Subh Enclave, we went to check it out.  In terms of the Shubh Enclave Unit Configuration, there are 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats here. We bought a resale 2 BHK flat after being impressed with the flat interiors and overall maintenance of the society. 

The project is small but equipped with a lot of amenities. Some of the ones I can remember include a swimming pool, a gym, a rainwater harvesting plant, an aerobics room and more. Seeing all the offerings, we felt it would be a worthy investment in the long term. So, we went ahead with making a deal with the seller.

My sister was looking for properties in and around Haralur and I visited this project with her as a 2 BHK flat on resale was available here last month. 

Subh Enclave location is in 2nd Avenue, Ambalipura in Haralur, which is close to Bellandur and Mangammanapalya bus stops. There are two train stations in the vicinity, which are Carmelram and Railway Level Crossing, making the commute pretty easy. Reputed hospitals like Manipal Hospital and Motherhood Hospital Sarjapur Road are also close by.

The area in itself is filled with commercial spaces and buying a flat here seems like a good investment to make.
