What What are the reviews of Subham Antique City Konadasapura Bangalore?

While I was having a look at properties, I chanced upon many Subham Antique City reviews. I saw many positive inputs and decided to check it out. 

If you didn’t know about Subham Antique City location, it is at Old Madras Rd, near Budigere cross. Before entering the project, I decided to explore the area to check how the connectivity and infrastructure is around. There are 2 bus stops are 0.3 and 1.5 km away.

I crossed PVR Orion Uptown Mall before reaching the destination. It should be five minutes away. Heritage Food Limited is just 2 km from the project. The overall accessibility is good here. I will share more details about the society and flat later but as far as the locality is concerned, it is good. You can take a look and see for yourself if this project is suitable for you or not.

My niece was looking for properties in Bangalore. She went and saw a few of them but she could not finalise. Her real estate agent friend recommended Subham Antique City. She asked him about Subham Antique City unit configurations. He said there were 2 and 3 BHK flats on offer. 

The 2 BHK flats carpet area was 651 sq ft. The 3 BHK flats had two options which measured 1057 sq ft and 1087 sq ft. She looked at a few flats and was satisfied with how the project turned out.

She was clear that she needed a 3BHK flat but one that was not too big. So she took the second configuration of 1057 sq ft. She went ahead and bought a flat here. The price starts at Rs 1.45 cr. If this is your budget and you are looking for a flat in Konadasapura, then this could be one of the potential options.

My Brother had heard a lot about Subham Antique City and decided to go and have a look. We came to the project location and got into a conversation with the project manager, the first doubt we had in my mind was about the project legality.

For which he told us that Subham Antique City RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/180504/001573. This is important considering there are many projects in the past few years which have been under the scanner for not having proper approvals. After that we took a look at the project amenities. The project had multiple sports courts and a sauna. There was also a clubhouse and party hall among other amenities.

We asked the project manager about the Subham Antique City possession date. He said it was June 2021. The flat we were looking at was ready to occupy. We liked the flat. We are planning to bring our parents for a visit before finalising anything.
