I was excited about booking an apartment for this project. I really liked the construction quality of this project. However, I discovered a few locational disadvantages of this project which I felt was worth mentioning in this Sukhii Ubuntu review;
Due to the absence of adequate public transit options, there is an overreliance on private vehicles and taxis.
The road from Lanco Hills to Manikonda is in terrible shape and need immediate repair.
The commuters are irritated by the inadequate road at Neknampur Village's entrance, which is one kilometre away and leads to Alkapur Township.
One of the main problems cited by Puppalaguda inhabitants is the inadequate water supply.
Hence, I am still confused whether I should book it or not.

Hi Friends,
In front of this project are the Khajaguda Hills, a beautiful location and a haven for hikers. It is good from a connectivity standpoint and also ensures less vehicular and noise pollution because it is close to the ORR but not too close to it. Large gated communities are developing on the three sides, making it an affluent destination with stunning views of both the natural and built environments. I was very much excited about buying an apartment in the Sukhii Ubuntu project. However, one of my friends told me that the apartments that they are constructing are not Vastu compliant.
Hence, it would be of a great help if any one could provide me with more details.

After staying in Hyderabad for 7 years, I finally bought my own home in the
Sukhii Ubuntu project. I have not relocated there as the project is an under-construction one and the expected date of possession is December 2025 but I am quite excited. The project has gotten RERA approval and the RERA ID is P02400003677. The price per/sq.ft. is Rs. 6413 - Rs. 8257. I have kept my fingers crossed. I hope I will get the possession in a hassle-free way.
