What are the reviews of Sukhwani Kingsley, Thergaon, Pune?

Sukhwani was a good name earlier, now that trust is no more. There are many issues people who have booked flats are facing. There is a long nala passing from their project which initially they said they will cover which now they denied to cover giving pcmc issue, while there is no such rule. Even their project enterence has open nala in provision. On sanitarys they have promised standard quality which they changed to asian paints hardware. And lot more other issues running on and peoples are chasing, which ideally not happen with standard builders. On name of victorial theme and premium they are compromising each way they can. Think twice before booking. And their behaviour gets changed post they sell flats.
