What are the Reviews of Sukhwani Verde, Undri, Pune?

Hi there. My sister is in search of a suitable 2 BHK in Pune. I have been going out with her, making site visits for the past few days. The most recent project we visited was the Sukhwani Verde in Undri. My sister, her husband and I had positive impressions during our time at the site. The location works well for both of them as their office is within a 5 km radius. But another strong point is the amenities this project has. I am talking about lounge area, indoor games, barbeque area, spa, swimming pool, amphitheatre, gym, and the list continues. It would be convenient for my sister to also visit our home, which is in Mohammedwadi. The Sukhwani Verde completion date is December 2026. Overall, I feel it is a really good deal.

The Sukhwani Verde loaction was one of the major factors which motivated us to book a 3 BHK in this project. There are a lot of prestigious schools in the area, including The Bishop’s, DPS and more. We are looking to switch our daughter’s school to DPS, which would be good as the school is within 4 km. The Dorabjee’s Mall, alongside other markets, is also nearby. The area around is filled with greenery, so it is a good overall balance for us to live here. The Sukhwani Verde possession date is December 2026, which is a few months late for us. But, we will look for a way as this is the ideal house for us. You should give this a visit if you’re looking for a good living experience in Pune.
