What are the Reviews Of Sumadhura Aspire Aurum, Whitefield, Bangalore?

I have already invested in this project, so let me share the latest updates about it. Samudra Aspire Whitefield is currently under construction but is expected to be completed by the year's end only. This project will provide only 1 and 2 BHK apartments of different sizes and prices. As for the Sumadhura Aspire Aurum price, let me tell you that all the apartments are between Rs 25 lakh and Rs 45 lakh. I am under no stress because I know this project does not have any legal disputes. It is RERA-approved and its registration ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/200123/003229. I am very conscious about the well-being of my family. I wanted to invest in a property that is free of any legal dispute and where my parents can breathe in the fresh air, and that is why I invested in this project. I personally found this project perfect for families, especially if you have elderly parents or kids at home. 

The Sumadhura Aspire Aurum price is actually quite cheap, and that is why I also planned to invest here. However, my friend, who lives quite near this project, asked me not to invest there. She has heard of several complaints about this project like-

• Once you invest here, the builders or sales team will never answer your calls

• There are cracks visible in several apartments which clearly indicates the construction materials used are not at all good

• You will have to pay about 95% of the money before you get the possession and once they get the money, they keep on delaying the handover

• You cannot renovate the house or do interior works in your apartment since the builder will not allow you

If you are okay with abiding 100 rules, do invest here or else don’t.

Also, satisfied because the project was RERA certified. It gives a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to acquire a gorgeous home with a wide range of amenities and features. There's a pool, a reflexology park, and convenient access to the changing room. There's also a volleyball court, which is only available to Sumadhura Aspire Aurum residents. The project offers an amazing blend of comfort and convenience to meet every purpose or need.

My office was in GR Tech park, and my son’s school was in Vibgyor. Hence, I finally decided to opt for Sumadhura Aspire Aurum. Aurum is located in Bangalore's popular Whitefield neighbourhood. It is a popular region for home purchasers because it is home to a number of IT parks. The area has a well-developed infrastructure, with numerous reputable schools, educational institutes, and hospitals. After a certain amount of research on my end and personally visiting the project, I found the Aspire Aurum a very intriguing project to invest in as this project offers apartments with a great combination of contemporary architecture and features available as part of the project, ensuring a comfortable living environment.

The project encompasses a total of 2.65 acres of land. It has an open space ratio of 80%. A total of 326 units of lodging have been provided. For a better living experience, there are 31 amenities available.
