What are the reviews of Sumadhura Folium Phase 2, Whitefield, Bangalore?

I visited the property last week and was amazed by the whole Sumadhura Folium phase 2 project size. The project is around 11.21 acres, and around 84% of the space is open. It also has a 200+ meter long lake-facing promenade. There are 5 buildings in total in the project and contains around 1100 units. 

I was only interested in 2 BHK units, and the Sumadhura Folium phase 2 unit size of a 2BHK was 847 sq. ft. Everything was to my liking, so I booked a unit instantly in this project. 

Since me and my wife both have offices in Whitefield, I was planning to purchase a property there. I came to know about this property while going through social media, and I was mesmerised by the beauty of the location. I instantly checked some of the Sumadhura Folium Phase 2 reviews to gather more information.
