What are the Reviews of Sumadhura Sarang Ph 1, Bangalore?

After hearing several Sarang by Sumadhura Phase - 1 reviews from our friends, we have decided to buy a 3 BHK there. We even visited the project in March but have yet to book an apartment there. Here are some of the aspects I liked about this project:

• 60% of open space here, which is a crucial point for an asthma patient like me. I can breathe in good air residing here

• There will be just 2 buildings with 272 units

• Thai project has 35+ ultra-luxurious amenities

Also, I have inquired about the maintenance charges, which are too low here. They will charge between Rs 6,600 and Rs 7,700 for 3 BHK dwellers and for 4 BHK dwellers, the maintenance charge will be between Rs 8,500 and Rs 10,300 per month.

The Sumadhura Sarang possession date is also nearing so we are planning to finalise a 3 BHK by the end of this year. You can also visit the project yourself. Here is the entire Sarang By Sumadhura Phase 1 address: it is located opposite Sumadhura Aspire Amber, Doddabanaghalli, Whitefield

I visited this project to check the Sarang by Sumadhura Phase 1 2 BHK price but learned that this project will not be providing 1 BHK apartments. You will be having 2, 3 and 4 BHKs only. There are some aspects I did not like about this project, like:

• Just phase 1 of this project is expected to have 250+ apartments; now think about Phase 2 and more. There will be around 400 units in total, which is likely to make the project congested

• The amenities provided here are great but the space dedicated to them is too limited

• This project is not in Whitefield but in Hoskote, a location 10 km from Whietfeild. I found this misleading

I did not have a pleasant experience here and will rate this project 2/ 5.

The Sumadhura Sarang Ph 1 possession date has been scheduled for December 2026. While looking for flats online in the Doddabanaghalli, Whitefield region on NoBroker, I learned about this project. I explored this project a few weeks ago since I was so impressed with its features. What I adored about it is this:

• This project is RERA and BDA approved.

• Under this project, you won’t face any electricity outage issues, as it is approved by BESCOM.

• The Sumadhura Sarang Ph 1 price starts from Rs 1.68 Crores, which is reasonable.

• You will get several amenities such as swimming pool, party area, vastu compliant, children's play area, tennis court, power backup, club house, gym and so on.

Please share your Sumadhura Sarang Ph 1 reviews with me so that I may better decide whether or not to invest here.

Due to the desirable Sumadhura Sarang Ph 1 location, I had planned to make an investment here. Although I haven't looked at the project, I am well familiar with its area. It is located in Doddabanaghalli, Whitefield Bangalore. This project is also near to:

• 0.8 km away from Kannamangala and Channenahalli Bus Station.

• 5.5 km away from Whitefield (Kadugodi) Metro Station.

• 5.4 km away from Whitefield Train Station.

• 1.0 km away from BDA Shopping Complex.

• 1.9 km that is 4 minutes away from Motherhood Clinic - Kannamangala, Bangalore. 

After visiting this project, I'm going to inform you about several other hospitals, schools, and metro stations. There are multiple supermarkets close by, so moving regarding regular needs will not be an issue. If you are seriously interested in the project, wait for more Sumadhura Sarang reviews before making an investment. 

Since the Sumadhura Sarang Ph 1 project is still in its early stages, I don't know much about it. However, my friend gave me insight into its layout, which I shared below:

I think the Sumadhura Sarang Ph 1 Flat Price is reasonable. I hope the project can be finished in the next three years because the planning for it is excellent and the construction work is proceeding quickly. The Sumadhura Sarang Ph 1 completion date is currently December 2026. Don't pass up this chance because their sales team has also scheduled a free taxi service for the site visit.
