What Are The Reviews Of Suncity Platinum Towers, MG Road, Gurgaon?

I visited this project a few months back. Suncity Platinum Towers is an elite apartment complex. I have visited a lot of elite projects before booking an apartment. However, the most striking feature of this project was its world-class amenities.

There is an ultra-modern health centre, yoga studio, resident lounge, game room, and outdoor pool for the residents in this project. In addition, Suncity Platinum Towers offers a private dining room and a grocery store. Most projects in the neighbourhood offer amenities that are quite generic, but Suncity Platinum Towers provides amenities that are no doubt elite but also serve everyone. I was also amazed to see they offered a billiards table, along with a few other indoor games.

Before booking an apartment in this project, I conducted due diligence on my end through thorough research about this project. The project is RERA approved. Apartments are priced from Rs. 4.99 to Rs. 8.99 crores. It’s a ready-to-move project and I was satisfied with the amenities and location of this project. Also, I discovered that the builder is a well-renowned one. Suncity Projects, a renowned real estate development firm with offices in Gurgaon, develops a wide range of real estate projects, including townships, group housing, opulent apartments, malls, and office buildings.

One of the best areas in Gurgaon to purchase a home is MG Road. MG Road is home to numerous residential development projects. In this Suncity Platinum Towers review, I’d say that the project is in close vicinity to MG Road(120m), the M.G. Road Metro Station(900m), and Chakkarpur Market(1.6km). Furthermore, my son's school, RCB Public School, is barely 2 kilometres from this project. Also, it is 2.3 km from my workplace which is Max hospital. As a result of these locational advantages, I thought this project would be a worthwhile investment for me.
